Emmanuel means God with us. Some Asians say, 上帝跟你们同在. which means something a little more than English quite captures with "God be with you." 同在 kind of means "in the same place," more than just "nearby you" or "beside you" but even sort of "together with," "in common with," "in relationship with" or "within you." There is a nuance there, which I hope you can sense.
May His Holy Spirit dwell with you, within each of you, bring you joy and make you fruitful.
