I'm asked to sign in everytime I close Proclaim--even though I've checked the 'Keep me signed in box' and then it takes several minutes (I sometimes even have to reboot) before I get connected my latest presentations. Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you on Mac? There are a few machines with a permissions issue on some files we require in order to save your encrypted credentials.
