I'm considering purchasing this bundle. I've watched the video for the HD NT English. It looks pretty impressive. Are there any problems/issues with this bundle in L4?

Is it as good as it looks on the video with the actual "ripping" apart of the text with all the highlighting etc.?
I appreciate the way it visually adds a layer of translational help without getting in the way of the text itself. I haven't used it in as much depth as I'd like, but I'm still working on refreshing my Greek skills, so this is one of those investments that I expect will pay off more with time.
I haven't encountered any issues using LDGNT in L4. The keylinking to the Lexham grammar resource is perfectly functional, and the morphological highlighting (one of my favorite tools!) works as well as ever:

Doh! I notice now that you were specifically asking about the marked-up ESV that's included in this bundle. [:S] Yes, that works well, too. I wish that it were based off of the ESV Reverse Interlinear, though, so that it would lead you more directly into the original language. It seems like that would be a relatively simple thing to do, so maybe it will come down the road.
For now, using it side by side with the LDGNT and the ESV Reverse Interlinear should give you a good peek into the Greek behind the English translation.

The HDNT is a unique and helpful resource. Be aware, it is necessary to learn the symbols and what they mean to benefit from the resource. I keep the HDNT Introduction file open in a tab for reference.
