Logos training videos that are posted to my Logos 6 home page will not play: give above message.
Same videos accessed from the Logos Pro Training page play properly.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Brian Kempson

Figures of Speech opened in my Firefox browser and played OK. What browser do you use? Did yours open in the browser but would not play?
Hi Dave
I use Internet Explorer but I did not use browser. I tried to play video from Logos home page on PC but got message re unsupported file type.
The main links** (in Home page) are to Biblia.com so it opens a page in my browser from where I can play the video.
If I click "Logos Training videos" or "More" it opens Media Browser from where the link opens Biblia.com. Which method did you use?
** the video's title or the "play" button.

This has been reported as a problem previously with Internet Explorer. It doesn't matter whether you click on the title e.g. Figures of Speech, the play button or either the "Logos Training Videos" or "More" ( to access the video on Biblia via the Media Browser). All of these methods fail with the error the OP posted about. With my default browser set to Chrome instead of Internet Explorer 11 all four of these methods for viewing the videos work fine.

Chrome is such a much more reliable browser anyway. IE is so bloated and bogged down with under-the-hood junk. I highly recommend Chrome any day over IE. Much faster and smother user experience.
