Is there any way to find the most quoted OT verse/passage in the NT using this tool? Or, list the OT passages used in the NT from most used to least used?
Not that I can see.
While the tool does show this (so, for example, it shows Psalm 2:7 quoted in 3 different NT verses) it doesn't provide the ability to sort in this way.
Searching against the associated dataset returns single instances of each verse quoted which doesn't give you what you are looking for either.
There is an associated dataset, so you should be able to do something with a search, but unfortunately I don't think the Logos Help documentation has yet had all the labels added to it. You can find a bit more about the labels you can use for searching by clicking "about" at the top of the interactive pane. Unfortunately, the search only seems to show each OT result once (see Ps 110 below - I am sure there are a lot more than 2 citations of this Psalm in the NT). Someone cleverer than I am might be able to improve on this.

It's not necessarily wrong but that it is only returning the verse once even though it is quoted multiple times.
The tool reports multiple quotations of Psalm 110 (some shown below, there are others if you scroll further down)
But - as above - the associated search just returns single instances of a quoted verse. Whether this is by design or not I don't know.
