L4 Exegetical Guide makes everything run incredibly SLOW...

I have a very healthy Quad processor, 6GB RAM, Dual video cards, Windows 7 64bit, system (slightly overclocked).  I've reindexed my entire library and still, when I study a passage and select the exegetical guide, all panels slow to a crawl.

Am I missing something in my setup or this one of those "we've not completely optimized the product yet".  I'm a HUGE fan of Logos and have used it since ver 2.  Upgraded over Christmas, have invested a good bit of money into this system and like others feel that optimizing a system is called beta testing, not production selling (can anyone say Windows 95... :^)

There are a couple of things that could be causing this. First go to the WIKI and see if any of the helps there for speeding up you system help.

If you've already tried that, or if that doesn't give you all you want, please post the list of preferred resources that you're using for this guide. There are a few old resources that may be cause an issue, so it would be good to see that list and try to narrow down the possibilities.
