Possible read aloud bug?

I was reading in The Outpouring: Jesus in the Feasts of Israel, and decided to let it 'read' to me. However I did not find the option available. I tried the <ctrl> + R as well. The information shows that the book is still in lbxlls format. This may be the problem?

This is a known issue with resources that do not have a current reference box.

There's still a related bug in 4.0d beta 2. Or actually, two bugs.

For dictionary type resources, Read Aloud only works when page number is selected in the reference box. If the headword is selected in the reference box, then Read Aloud won't work.

Then, when you get Read Aloud working, the resource jumps to the beginning of the current page, but the reading starts from the beginning of the current article.
