They used to have them but Moody Publishers parted ways with Logos so they are no longer available. Sorry.

Oh, that Moody would come back on board! Imagine the sales they would make!

For what it's worth, I poured my heart out to them on Twitter and told them how desperately we need them back. Let's hope it helps!

His commentaries & his sermons are exactly the same. He preached what he wrote on his commentaries.
In fact what he preached in the 70's and 80's.. he preached them again in the 90's, all the same.
MacArthur's sermons will appear under sermon guide.
Also, listening to him is like having audio commentaries

I did a comparison of the John MacArthur sermon and commentaries on John 3:11-21.
The sermon was " Responding to the Divine Offer of Salvation." May 3, 1970. MacArthur, J. F., Jr. (2014). John MacArthur Sermon Archive. Panorama City, CA: Grace to You.
The commentary was from John MacArthur New Testament Commentary, "Responding to the Divine Offer of Salvation (John 3:11- 21)"
The sermon was 6695 words long, while the commentary section was 5412 words long. Using Copyscape text comparison engine, there were 98 words matched (1-2%); and the texts which were similar consisted of biblical quotations from Amos 5:18-20 and John 3:11-21.
The actual information content is similar but not identical.

We don't know that Christian unity is keeping Faithlife and Moody apart. Christians can fellowship together but choose not to do business with each other. That said, for those wanting these commentaries, I hope they can be offered sooner rather than later.

I would buy them the first day they come available. Really great for the $$.

Well, my assessment is based on actual using both the commentaries and his sermons. I've used them all the time, at least once or twice a week for at least 2 years already, and most of the major points and sayings are pretty the same. But of course the commentaries are more condensed/compressed.
To be honest, although I have both commentaries and sermon collection, I like his sermon audio best, because I can listen to them in the car and while I'm resting. (fyi, his sermon audio links are found at the end of each sermons)

We do not know exactly why Moody and Faithlife parted ways. We can at least be thankful that Moody's offerings are still available in other Bible software and pray it can return to FL software soon.
