If I wanted to get an unlock code/file to save waiting for a CD (I see the files are on the server), is the only way to do that to call during normal business hours?
I tried to this earlier - they would not unlock the software until the CD arrived - with the code. If you purchased the software as a download, then would be able to get it, but not CD [:(] .
