Kindle Fire Issues
We have a person in the church who uses a kindle fire and about two weeks ago she began getting an error that says " The version of the app you are using is no longer supported. Please update to continue using Faithlife." We have deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing changes. If you go into the settings, prayers, groups or any other section all you get is that error. Can anyone offer me any help resolving this issue?

What exact version is the Kindle Fire? Many older versions are not supported because Amazon no longer keeps Android (FireOS) up to date on them.

Assuming the Kindle Fire version is supported, we might have discovered the issue (but we're not sure, without knowing the exact Kindle Fire version). We published a new version of the Faithlife Groups app to the Amazon Store that we hope will be available sometime in the next day or two.
