Logos Not responding

I have had this issue for some time and 'put up' with it; however I am getting increasingly frustrated as it is happening every time I use Logos.

With Logos (Logos Bible Software 6.8 SR-16.8.0.0059 (32 bit)) 'open' on the PC (Windows 7 Ent) I walk away to some other activity and when I return, after a period of say 30mins or longer inactivity, I get the 'Not responding' error message and the complete computer then goes into a non-responsive mode. In order to continue I have to switch off and re-boot.

I have the impression that continuous improvement to 'Logos' software is somehow not compatible with the non continuously improved software of Windows.

When using 'Logos' it is fine, but surely it shouldn't 'switch off' after a short period of inactivity!

Hi, and welcome to the forums. Im not one of the big dogs here, but when they get to you they will likely ask to see your logs to be able to ascertain where the errors are coming from. Follow these steps to collect your logs and then reply with an attachment of them:

Concur log files could be helpful. Since current stable Logos version is being used, another option is contacting technical support
