Adding a "Community Tag" to a resource field?

Is it possible for us/me to add a Community Tag to a resource? The Dictionary of Classical Hebrew was just released today, and it lacks any Community Tag. I wanted to add "lexiconhebrew" to it so it would automatically go in my Hebrew Lexicons Collection, but I cannot figure out how or if I am allowed to do that. Instructions online seem to insist on selecting a word or passage to create a Community Tag, but I want to do it for this particular Resource.

    Community tags are created when a sufficient number of individuals use the same mytag value

    Gotcha! Thanks! I figured there had to be a way to keep the Community Tags logical.
