I recently upgraded my old Logos version to 6. Do i have to reinstall the app on iPad again in order to access the new resources? Thanks.

No the iOS app you have is the only one there is. Now you can access your new files after it updates it;s index... you can force this but it should happen automatically... on the home page you can type rebuildindex and hit the GO button on the keyboard please note it must be lowercase... the little gear should start going around up next to wear you entered it.
