Logos keeps losing indexing

I've lost my indexing two or three times in the last month and have had to rebuild index, which takes forever with 9500 resources! Wondering if someone might be able to identify what my issues are in this area?

(I am assuming its an indexing problem mainly because my search results are empty, no matter what search I run). 

OS 10.11, now on Logos 6.9 Beta 2, but issue occurred on 6.8 and on 6.9B1.

You're need to colledt the logs immedistely after the indexer has run. These appear normal
