Adding notes does not work

I tried to add a note to a passage. I can get to the notes section fine. I can edit the title of the note fine. For some reason when I try to type a comment the cursor won't show up. I watched the Logos video on notes and tried to duplicate the video, but was not able to. What am I missing?

We will need more info. Are you asking about a mobile app (iOS/Android)? Desktop? If the later, which specific version of the app are you running? What platform.

Can you provide a link to the video? Provide a screen shot of your app?

What happens if you begin to type into the note body?

I have occasionally encountered difficulty when attempting to click into the note body. My solution then was to click into the note title and type tab. I could then enter my note without any problem.
