Prayer incorrectly showing as answered

One of my prayers is separated off from the others as having been answered - I've just checked this, and the text-box is definitely empty (including spaces), so I can't work out where it's getting that status from?

I can just duplicate the contents in a new entry, but I'm intrigued to know what I've done wrong and how I can avoid it in future.
