I think it would be very helpful to create a new section where Logos users can post tips and tricks they have learned in using the software, for the benefit of newer users.
This new section would have 2 sub-sections - one for Logos 4 tips, and one for Logos 3 tips. It would be ONLY for things like tips, tricks, work-arounds, and miscellaneous solved problems.
And the purpose would be to provide a place where Logos users can go to quickly find answers to their specific questions and solutions to their specific problems, without having to go through tech support.
