Kindle Fire App Development

Does anyone know what's happening (or not happening) with development of the Kindle Fire version of the Logos app. It hasn't had an update in quite some time. The version on my phone is now up to 5.1 but the Kindle is still in the 4.x app.

the point is that there's no special 'Kindle Fire version' of the Logos app - it's just an Android app. Kindle Fire uses a quite dated version of Android, so newer versions of the app just can't install on the Fire (this may be even different for the various Faithlife apps, so the KF might support a more recent version of Vyrso app etc).

Hi John,

Logos 5.1 is the beta version of the app and we currently only ship the beta through Google Play, and not the Amazon Store. The most current available version for Kindle devices is 4.6.5.
