Bug: beta 11, History items appear twice

Most references in my history are appearing twice. To reproduce, open up a Bible, and type in a reference and hit enter. Then type another, and another, and another. Most will appear twice in the history.

This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!

    No duplicates from bible refs, but I did see a string of 26x Library entries, which should not occur as I recently got only 1 entry for several Library operations.
