Installing my Logos5 library
Good morning all and sorry if this has been addressed but I've spent the past 2hrs searching and reading trying to find an answer.
I own the Logos5 Silver package and have it on all my devices and a laptop but I just got a new desk top and when I tried to download my base all I could do was download the Logos6 core. I think I understand it that my original package will start downloading automatically but so far it hasn't and I can't find a link or way to expedite it.

Restart the computer and start Logos. If downloading doesn't happen enter update resources in the Command box . If it still doesn't happen then check you have used the correct Logos Id and pass word (in Help >> About Logos). Contact/Skype Faithlife Support if not successful.

Thanks Dave, restarting didn't work, I do have the correct login info, where is the "command box"?

Again, thanks! I guess you can tell I'm not much of a techie. So the next issue is that I did have 2 accounts with 2 different login emails and I'm not sure how to merge them.
