If you do, could you please either copy-and-paste the publication info or copy and paste a pic of it? This is one of the titles I would have purchased with the Bloomsbury Collection if Logos hadn't changed their credit policy. Basically, what I would like is to see how a footnote is formatted for this book. Thanks, I appreciate it.

another idea: It looks like you could temporarily own this book as part of the Logos cloud offering - IIRC, the first month is still free
