No Factbook option when right-clicking in a resource

I am running a Windows machine using Logos 6 Platinum. When I right-click on a word (let's say a Biblical Person) in a resource/bible, then select a person in the right side of the Context Menu, Factbook does not appear in the left column. Any thoughts on this?

I cannot reproduce your difficulty. Could you provide some specific examples? What person(s), which Scripture passage?

I had John 4 in the NIV open and right-clicked on the word "Pharisees" in v. 1. The context box opens and I selected "Pharisees person" in the right column. At the top of the left column, "Factbook" should appear. It does not. I have a similar problem in verse 4 and right-clicking on "Samaria." This time selecting "Samaria (city) place" in the right column, and Factbook should appear at the top of the left column, however, it does not.

It is working correctly for me - on Windows 10 but running the beta version of Logos 6.9 (the "Pharisee" in verse 1 works correctly as well)

So its not a Windows-specific issue and I doubt if it is anything to do with me running the beta.

Do you get the Factbook entries for any tagged terms?

If you go into the Factbook can you successfully look up these terms?

I could not confirm this with 6.9 Beta 3 and Mac OS 10.11.2. Facebook showed up for both NKJV and NIV84 on these two words. Sorry, I do not own NIV 2011.

Fired up Windows 7 with 6.89 SR-1 and tried these two words in John 4 with NKJV and NIV84—Facebook still show all 4 times.
