Was working yesterday but today it just opens the read aloud routine and stops. no error message
7624.Logos Log Files.zip
I don't know what is going on here, but if you go to C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Logos\Data and click the gibberish, then delete the folder AudioPlayer, then restart Logos and try, what does that do? In my logs, that cache is cleared and a new one is created, but I don't see that in yours. I wonder if some glitch is preventing that step and if doing so manually might wake it up. It's like the audio just never loads for you.
Hi Justin,
Thanks for responding. I tried deleting the audio directory but still aloud does not work. After submitting my post on aloud, I realized that NVIDIA updated the driver monitor called NVIDIA Experience. I could not backout the update and contacted Alienware tech support for assistance. Since they could not help, I reinstalled Windows 10 and all of my software including Logos. Nothing has caused aloud to start working again.
I think NVIDIA Experience caused the problem even though that seems ridiculous. Since it only monitors for GPU driver updates, why would it affect the Logos read aloud routine? Also, why would it only cause problem with the Logos software and apparently no other software?
