Does anyone know if having 2 GB of RAM on a graphics card will make a significant difference running Logos 6 over having just 1 GB on the card. This would be for an iMac.
It never hurts performance to have more GPU memory, but its speed and type may make a difference e.g. VRAM, SGRAM, GDDR3, GDDR5. I don't know if my 2 GB VRAM makes a difference over 1 GB VRAM, so let your pocket do the talking.
How many displays do you intend to use with this graphics card and how large are they (size and resolution) ?
