A little help please

I have been using the cut and paste feature to take quotations from Logos and put them on a Word doc for about 20 years now. Starting yesterday, each time I tried to cut and paste, all is get is the Scripture that I'm considering and none of the commentary info.  Has anyone else had this happen?  Any suggestions?

More info might be helpful. Did you recently update word? What OS? What specific version of Logos? Which commentary?
