when I try to use the New Testament Use of the Old Testament the resource won't load. I just keeps trying. I have attached a screen shot
As in your other thread, logs would be needed to assess the problem.

You have to turn logging on, then start up Logos. See link in my signature line.
I followed those instructions on the previous post
For clarification: I assume the "documents" folder in the instructions is your windows "documents" folder. It certainly isn't the Logos "documents" folder. Is that what your screen shot is showing? I am a Mac user, so the instructions are different. You should NOT be looking within the application to get the logs.

your default (preferred) bible is NASB95. Does it work if you chnage your preferred bible to ESV or similar?
Click the i (information) icon and scroll to the bottom for Support Info. Do you see

Sorry for the delay. I have been puzzling over how that could happen. My initial guess based on what is rendered in your panel and what is not, is that your base package may not have one or more of Greek OT, Greek NT, Hebrew bibles. That Interactive is trying to find those preferred bibles plus your normal preferred bible. Logos Now gives you access to the interactive, but the Interactive may be making incorrect assumptions about those preferred bibles being there.
We are looking into the best way to resolve this.
Anything on this issue Jeff? I tried it again this evening and it still does not work.
I have made changes to this interactive to more gracefully fallback if one of the Hebrew, Greek OT, or Greek NT preferred bibles are missing. Once I get some additional QA verification on different resource configurations, we will ship an update as soon as possible.
Interactives are downloaded and updated like other resources separately from the main application and should appear in your home page resources updated area once they are available. The New Testament Use of the Old Testament will appear there once the update is published.
