BUG: Note view hidden

As shown in the screenshot, when a note document title is too large, the view settings (Full | Compact, etc.) are inaccessible. Notice the note document on left... compare with one on right. The only way to access the views (afaik) is to float the panel. 

I am using 6.8 SR-1 on Mac OS X 10.11.2
