Logos 4 not syncing

I have logos 4 and the iPhone application.  I do not seem to have access to the resources I should (Bible versions, greek, commentaries, etc.)

    Here is what needs to be in place for you to have access.

    1.  You have to have a Logos 4 base collection. If you just upgraded your Logos 3 with the free download of Logos 4 you won't be able to use it. iPhone accedss is part of the Logos 4 upgrade packages with the minimum being about 70-80 dollars.

    2. You have to be signed in on the app using the sign in you use for the desktop version.

    If those two are in place, then you have an unusual issue that I cannot help with.

    Check this list to see that the resources are supposed to be available on the iPhone; not all are due to publisher contract restrictions.

    If that is not the issue, could you provide some examples of resource that you expect to see but don't?
