Unable to get ebook.

I have down loaded app, gone to library, and the book I want is not there. Am I doing something wrong?  Those are your instructions..

    Please provide some more information:

    • which app have your downloaded?
    • onto which platform have you downloaded the app?
    • which book are you expecting to see?
    • have you purchased the book?
    • have you logged in to the app using the credentials you used when purchasing the book?
