I've been using prayer list to manage task items and it does work fairly well. I like to have my task items listed in Logos just for the simple fact that it helps remind me that the items I have should be prayed through each day. Asking the Lord to help prioritize and keep me focused on the day has had a huge impact on how my days start and end.
I like simple and having one application for my daily prayers, readings, study, and schedule would be even better. the prayer list functionality is really pretty close to what would be needed for task items. make a few minor changes and now we could manage tasks within the app.
