Hyperlink to specific clipping within a clipping document

I've made notes that I'd love to include hyperlinks to specific individual clippings within a clippings document. For example I've created a clippings document titled "My Tags" in order to have a catch-all clippings document for anything I read that I don't have a specific clipping document that the content would fit. With each clipping in the My Tags document I try to label as many tags as I can that make that clipping easily searchable. I also write (sometimes lengthy) notes under the notes section of the individual clipping since I often don't have notes documents for everything I'm reading and because I think clippings are easier to manage and search. However, I'd like to create a note in whatever text I'm reading with a link to the clipping I made (which includes my thoughts in notes section of the clipping). Unfortunately when I highlight any text from the clipping and ctrl+alt+C the text and try to place it in a hyperlink (from a note for example) the hyperlink only pulls up the clipping document and not the individual clipping I want.

I've created searches with the tags on the individual clipping I made and can copy that search as a hyperlink and attach that to a note so that I can pull up the specific clipping I want, but I'd rather not to that every time.

Is there any way to make hyperlinks to specific clippings?

I was poised to make a suggestion about linking to specific clips in a clipping document when I saw this thread show up as related.

I think linking to a specific clip in a clipping document would greatly increase the usefulness of clippings.  In Logseq, you can create links to individual blocks (roughly corresponding to paragraphs) and I have grown used to that functionality.

Back in 2010 there was a post about this and why it could not be done then.  In computer years, that was quite a while ago.  I wonder if things are more favorable now.
