Bug--- Mobile Ed Video causing Logos Shutdown

I was watching a mobile ed video and moved onto the next video. The next video said I was unable to access it with a black screen. I thought maybe the internet had disconnected and I was right. However, when the internet came back online, the video still didn't work and every time I try to do anything with that video, it shuts down logos. All other Mobile Ed courses and videos work fine. It is just the one course.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have uploaded another file, this time a .zip file instead of a .rar file. Evidently I don't have a .zip program on my windows computer even though they are supposedly standard. Not that I would know since I never use those programs. Not sure if what I have uploaded helps or not. Let me know.

The problem is with all the videos for PD161. None of them load and all cause the program to crash. All videos for all other Modile ed courses work.

The logs will require a Faithlife technician** to diagnose, but please include the name of video so that others can check if there is a problem.

Normally, right click the file/folder and select Send to ... and then Compressed (zipped) folder.

The problem is with all the videos for PD161.
