Logos 6 won't open on Macbook Air

Hi, Logo 6 won't open on my Macbook air. I have read other forums and I am unable to do what they suggest, in relation to Logging utility. I have also held command as I have clicked on the logos icon, with no Joy.
Can someone help please?
Thanks
Steve

Hi Steve - and welcome to the forums
Sorry to hear you are having problems
What version of Logos 6 SW are you running - and on which OSX version?
In terms of logging please see https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/report-problem which explains how to permanently enable logging. Please follow the steps there and upload logs after a failed startup attempt using the paperclip icon

I would upgrade to 6.8 Service Release 1 - see https://community.logos.com/forums/t/120944.aspx for details
If you still have problems after that please try again to enable logging and post logs as per my post above

As you have discovered, that procedure will not work. You need to depress the Command key immediately after launching the application. BTW: Are you attempting to launch the app from the Dock or from the Applications Folder?
As Graham suggested, you should upgrade Logos to 6.8 SR-1. See the Install link in my signature.
