Suggestions sought for Logos resources about Church Conflict resolution

Hello

Please recommend good logos books/resources (with links) to (Protestant) books you have found useful in studying or helping with church conflict - perhaps featuring real life scenarios.

I wish to augment my reading in preparation for being an assistant pastor one day (God willing).

The "Mastering" books in the old Leaders' Base Package were quite practical and helpful: https://www.logos.com/product/1623/mastering-conflict-and-controversy

I seem to remember this one being good, but it's a long while since I read it: https://www.logos.com/product/1633/character-forged-from-conflict

If you type "conflict" into the logos.com search box you'll also find quite a few others.
