When I copy an Old Testament passage which has "the LORD" in small caps, it pastes into Pages without the small caps. Is there a way to keep the small caps format?

Perhaps you could explain how you are trying to do this. I just tested copying LORD in Genesis 2:4 in the NIV 84. Then I opened Word and pasted it there and it worked fine.
Also, what typeface are you using? Do you know if the typeface actually has small caps?
I'm using the "Copy Bible Verses" tool and pasting the content into Pages (I don't have Word).
Yeah, the typeface I'm using has small caps. I actually used different typefaces to make sure.
The forum doesn't support small caps either. I don't have pages, but if you do Joshua 10:12 with "Copy Fully Formatted from ESV to Pages" (for example) and click "Copy and Paste" instead of copying and moving, does that make any difference?
Can you paste into, for example, your e-mail client (Outlook/Thunderbird/Gmail) and just not Pages?
The "Copy Bible Verses" works when pasting into my email client, but for some reason it doesn't work when pasting into Pages.
I'm reviving this old thread because I have the same issue. I switched from MS Word to Pages. When copying from Logos into Word, using "Copy Bible Verses," "Lord" in small caps (as in Isaiah 7:17) will paste the same. However, attempting to paste the same verse into Pages changes the small caps of "ord" to lower case.
Is there a solution to this? Manually changing them back to small caps is not the solution I'm looking for. [;)]
I could not find a way to make it work—Another reason I don't do Pages.
I'm not sure whether I'll switch back to Word for just this, though I may.
What were other reasons you don't do Pages, Jack?
The’09 version of Pages allowed others to create other apps to create plug ins, allowimg special features. The new version, in my opinion is superior as a stand alone app, and has greater compatibility with .docx... but the trade off is that developers lost the abiliyy to crate plug ins. For Logos purposes, it is worse (outside of PBB tool)
Thanks for the explanation. I guess my only options are to pay for Word or manually change instances of "Lord" with small caps.
