As a student I can get

for less money...since I do not know or use original languages - would this addon still be helpful?
Is the Factbook worth adding too as well?
Do you already have Cox's harmony of the gospels and a good harmony of Kings/Chronicles?
For me, the Factbook collection is a good deal if it will give you a good price on the ISBEr (and you don't have AYBD, I don't think a seminarian or conservative pastor needs both). Other than that, I assume you have many good dictionaries in your base package, so a stack of more basic/midlevel ones is just clutter and no value added. When you need Brugemann's OT theology, you will know it. But I find biblical theologies difficult to reference until I have read them through (at least partially) and have a sense of the author's perspective. So compare the price of ISBEr to the Factbook expansion and see if it is a good deal.

I think its free here, right? Embarrassed to confess I dont think I have many good dictionaries.
I have Baptist Silver 6.x
That is the old ISBE. The revised is several times longer and much more up to date. You have Holman, Eerdman's, Baker and the Lexham dictionary. If the set is cheaper than the revised ISBE, then pick it up. That will round out some good dictionaries.
Dice you already have the harmonies in your base package, the parallel passages will, in my opinion, not be helpful.
