Graham,

So Faithlife is not supported by Logos? I found it through Logos.

Regarding "Read 365-Day Connect the Testaments Plan"

There was an ap update on Mon Jan 25 & since then the reading markers have disappeared so I have no way to know that day's readings, nor can I mark it read to give me the next day's readings. It was on my iPhone Tues so I did a sync & now it has disappeared from my phone  wish I hadn't done the sync now at least I could see the marker & mark it read  before the sync  on my phone

Today my phone says I am one day behind & no markers!

I have done that "core engine 6" thing when it was first advised & all has been working fine. in fact I just received an emails stating I am up to date. They had sent me an email offering the core 6. I thought that was odd & then I received another email saying to ignore the update info & I was up to date.

Only problem I can see is the update wiped out the ability to continue the reading plan. Too bad too cause it was really nice.

Please point me in the right direction for help. I see I am not the only one having this problem according to this forum. My two "report a problem" messages have been ignored.

Thank you,

Cindy

Faithlife is the company which makes a range of products - including the Logos desktop software and the mobile apps which I think you are using.

My point in my earlier response (and please keep conversations in a single thread) is that these forums aren't part of the official support structures and so we can't see any reports you have made to people in the company.

There was an ap update on Mon Jan 25

This, I assume, is the upgrade to version 5.1.0. If you are not running that version please advise

I don't follow that plan but I've just added it on my iPad and the reading markers appear as expected

Please tap the "view settings" button in the resource (the Aa button) and tap on "Reading Plans"

You should see something like the picture below

Please check that both buttons are enabled

I wouldn't expect that to have anything to do with this

    Hope this helps

I see the pictures in the forum. Sorry, I am not techie so whatever a single thread is I hope to do that. Anyway, when I do as you suggest the Reading Plan selection does not appear. Now when I look to add or delete a daily devotional reading the 365 Day Connect does not even show up as a selection. However the messed up plan still appears but is not functional.

    Hi Cindy

Thanks for posting the picture, very helpful.

It showed me you were using the Faithlife Study Bible app - which is one of the apps supplied by Faithlife. I had checked on the Bible! app.

i can reproduce what you describe on the Study Bible app. Hopefully someone from the company will see this and comment.

In the meantime if you download the Bible! app and log in using the same credentials it should work

I believe I will delete the Faithlife app.

Personally, I think that is a good idea. The primary app is the Logos Bible! app. The Faithlife app does have some social media (i.e. faithlife groups) features which Bible! does not. To access those features you will ether need to keep the FL app OR access them via the website.

Thanks Cindy for the report, we'll make sure it's fixed in the next 5.1.1 release.
