Advanced searching help wanted

Prior to writing "The Pleasures of God" John Piper searched the Bible by hand. He says :

I took a four-day study leave from my duties at the church and went to northern Minnesota with my Bible and a concordance. As I looked up all the places in the Bible where God’s delights and pleasures and joys are mentioned,

How would one use Logos search to replicate Piper's results?

Thanks for asking this question John. Several times over the day today I've been thinking about how to do this. There are quite a few ways I can think of that this could be approached. Certainly you could do several searches using <Person God> and various words like delight, pleasure and joy. The search I used below simply tried to incorporate the sense of joy connected to God and I hope it offers a good place to start. It yields a mixture of results because many of them refer to people experiencing joy rather than God. On the other hand, in many of those examples, God is the one that is the source of joy or causes joy in the people. If I were to study this more I would start by sorting this list and then maybe add other senses in subsequent searches. I will be interested in seeing how others approach this.

Thanks Bruce,

That will go a long way to doing what I want. I was trying to make Clause and Morph searches work with Lemmas and all that and wasn't getting anywhere. (You can tell I'm a layman and not trained in Greek and Hebrew.)
