Copy/Paste Issues and trouble with Concordance

When I try to copy a section of a resource, the dialog box pops up and I click on copy but when I go to paste in Word what gets pasted is "Figure of Speech Name: Correspondence".
I see this in the dialog box on the right hand side but I can't figure our what it's doing or how to clear it out.
Also when I try to search in the concordance it only wants to look up "word". It won't let me search any other word.
