Logos 6 desktop not syncing with Android Phone

Hello All!

I've been having issues with my android phone not syncing correctly with my windows 10 pc.  I have tried uninstalling, fresh reinstalls,  force stops, etc with no fix.  Today, for instance, I read an amazing word from the "A fresh word for Today" devotional, making notes and highlights, yet it does not sync to my pc.  Also, I use to be able to access my books that I created as well as see community highlights.  I've tried everything I can think of including repair sync and update resources on the pc.  Please help.

Have you checked your visual filters (the three circles above the book) to make sure you have the relevant documents selected?
