Faithlife Inviting Friends issues

I like the Faithlife web site very much but am having trouble with some invitations.

1/  Invite (email address correct did not turn up on invitees email).  I withdrew then when I re-invited and the invite did not show in Pending Invitations.

2/ Another invite has not turned up.  Email address is correct.

3/ Six invites have worked

4/ In the Pending Invitations the top ones are in colour (green person box and blue names), the bottom ones are all greyed out.  What does this mean?

5/ In the Pending Invitations I only have the option to withdraw.  I would very much like to have a re-send option e.g. like DropBox

I need to resolve this issue as I am launching Faithlife in my church this weekend and i am concerned.
