How Do I Downgrade to v4.6? 5.1 is crashing constantly

How do I return to v4.6? My phone only has 1GB of memory and v5.1 is performing badly and constantly crashing when switching back to it.

I foolishly left Logos app set to auto update and now I'm stuck.
