Personal Books tagging

I'm having trouble getting logos 6 to correctly incorporate the tags in a docx document.  None of them work.  Does anyone else have this issue?  I've attached a sample .docx document.  Is there an issue with my formatting?

    Welcome to the forums. I compiled the file you posted and got the headword index and the bible milestone and the other Bible reference linked. What are you expecting that you aren't seeing.
