Command Bar Focus Keyboard Shortcut

I'm on Logos 6.9.0.0029 running the latest release version of OS X (10.11.3) on a 13 inch rMBP with 8 gig of RAM and a 1 TB SSD. Somewhere in the last few weeks, the command option L shortcut to bring the command bar into focus has stopped working. Every time I use the shortcut, I get a "flicker" on the edit menu (trying to select something from that menu?) and nothing happens. I do use Better Touch Tool with lots of keyboard shortcuts, but I've closed BTT and still have the problem. Is anyone experiencing something similar?
