Are the videos closed captioned or subtitled? Or at least are there transcripts provided?
I'm Deaf and will NOT benefit from those videos if they are not closed captioned.

Hello Brian. If you go to the 30 day challenge home page, you can click on any of the training videos. When you click on a particular video, if you scroll down on the page just a little bit, you will find a transcript of that video. I copied each transcript into MS OneNote (by day 1, day 2, day 3, etc.,) so that I can go back a refer to them again and again. Hope this helps.
