Smart tags no longer work

Smart tags disappeared. After Logos 6.9 was installed on my new computer in Dec '15, I enabled "smart tags" or actions in Word-Office 2013. All worked great but a week ago smart tags/actions disappeared. I followed Logos instructions for using Powershell to fix smart tags. All messages indicated success during this installation process. After re-start however, I still do not have any smart tags/actions in Word.

Have you enabled Actions via Options in Word? Have you tried the diagnostic steps in https://wiki.logos.com/Smart_Tags ?
