Book covers missing from library while off-line
I spend a lot of time off-line on my IPad. Most book covers fell into a black hole somewhere. It's difficult to visually sort without them. Our ownership license includes the entire book. Can we please have our covers back? Thanks.

Which version of which app are you using? How many downloaded resources do you have?
I just checked both my iPhone and iPad and <mostly> didn't experience this. All of my iPhone resources showed covers, but ONE of my iPad resources didn't. Turning off airplane mode, allowing the resource cover to download fixed the issue.

Did you recently update the app? If so, go online and browse through the library while online and let us know if the book covers appear.

I have the most recent version of the app on my iPad. I've had this problem for a month or two. The book covers are displayed while online, but most are missing when off-line. Thanks.

Kevin's suggestion, if I understand him correctly, is that he wants you to go online and allow the book covers to download. For example: The ONE book that didn't have a cover for me was downloaded when I went online. The book cover persisted even after a restart (full shut down) once it had downloaded.
How many downloaded books do you have? When did you last do a "clean" install?

Hi Alabama,
I did take his advice and the covers come back when online. But once off-line they disappear. I think I figured it out. While online, I have to cycle through my library slow so that each cover has time to load. Before I was cycling too fast and most were not downloading. I think the problem is solved for now. Thanks to both of you!
