The Bible Outline Browser interactive handles many outlines that are too coarsely grained to meet my needs ... not to mention that my favorite resources for outlines are not included among those tagged. However, I really love the concept of the browser - allowing one to view the actual text within the context of the outline. A very useful tool would be to allow the user to create their own outline viewable within the BOB or similar tool designed for user input.
