This is the same data that is found in the Lexham Syntactic Greek New Testament at the word level; particularly seen in the Lexham Syntactic Greek New Testament: Expansions and Annotations resource. So this is stuff that's been around since ~2006, just liberated from the confines of a particular resource.
This means that The Lexham Syntactic Greek New Testament Glossary has most of the info you're looking for.
