Is there an Issue with Inline Search?

I tried to run an inline search tonight for "leave thee" as well as "forsake thee" (two separate searches) in the KJV. Both came up Zero. When I ran a Bible search in the search window, I got back one result. I checked this with Accordance and also got one result.
Is there an issue with inline search?
Thanks!

I've been using KJV1900. Is that the recommended KJV to use? That one has the RI in it.

Same search nearly as I can tell, and get 23 hits.

Is there a way to do it without Rebuild Index? I've done that a couple of times recently.

I still wonder why MJ only got 22. Rebuild Index?

I suspect that it is a difference of "Match all forms" or "Match case" ... but I was more interesting in getting the TIP of the day out than in checking.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I don't understand the Bible result, nor that you are getting zero in Inline Search after two index rebuilds! However, rebuilding the Bible index will not solve the problem with Inline Search if it always returns zero with any resource.
But you can start simply with the command reindex KJV and see if that fixes the problem for the KJV. To fix it for other resources you need the command rebuild library index (the big one!)

FYI since this is completely non-intuitive, from within Inline Search you are unable to manipulate "Match all word forms" or "Match case". It uses whatever those settings are in the last Search panel you had open. There may be a better way to do it, what I do is open a Search Panel, make the change, and copy/paste the desired search term/phrase in the Inline search box, and press enter (I couldn't find a more expedient way to refresh /rerun the current inline search).
In this search the difference between 22 hits of MJ's and 23 hits of the rest of the posters is the 23 hit version likely had "Match all word forms" set, which picked up Isaiah 54:7, "For a small moment I have forsaken thee...."

I'm rebuilding my index again tonight as there is definitely something amiss, as my journals are coming back zero results on some searches I'm running, and with 2,000+ journals, that is highly unlikely. So I'm going to rebuild index tonight and check everything tomorrow and see how it goes.
